Redding City Hall, Council Chambers, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, CA 96001 The State Water Resources Control Board and the Department of Water Resources will hold informational meetings to discuss the implementation of SGMA and to answer questions from the public. Technical sessions and public forums will be held in the Los Angeles Area, Visalia, Sacramento, and Redding. Both agencies are responsible for the implementation of SGMA.
